How do I create a Medicova account?+
Click the “Join for Free” button on the homepage and follow the prompts to enter your name, email, and a secure password. You will receive an email verification link—complete that step to activate your account fully.
Can I browse courses without signing in?+
Yes. You can explore the entire course catalogue and preview syllabi without an account. To enrol, purchase, or save courses to your dashboard, you will need to sign in or create an account.
Do you offer enterprise or team plans?+
Yes. Medicova for Teams supports organisations that want to upskill employees. Team plans include manager analytics, dedicated onboarding, and bulk licensing. Request a demo via the Business page to get started.

How do certificates work?+
Most courses include assessments. When you meet the completion criteria—such as watching required lessons and passing quizzes—you can download a certificate from your dashboard. Certificates include your name, course title, issuing academy, and completion date.
How can instructors join Medicova?+
Visit the “Join as Instructor” page to submit your profile, credentials, and sample lesson outline. Our academic partnerships team reviews submissions within 10 business days and will contact you to discuss onboarding.
Where can I find live webinars and events?+
Upcoming webinars, workshops, and conferences are listed on the Events page. Sign in to RSVP, add events to your calendar, and receive reminders. Plus members receive priority registration and exclusive sessions.

What is Medicova Plus?+
Medicova Plus is our all-access membership offering unlimited learning from curated healthcare programs. Members receive exclusive certificates, live events, and personalised career tracks. You can try Plus with a free trial before committing to a paid plan.
Can I request a refund?+
Yes. Individual course purchases are eligible for a refund within 7 days, provided less than 25% of the course has been consumed. Medicova Plus plans can be cancelled at any time; refunds follow the terms outlined during checkout.

Why can’t I access a course I purchased?+
Confirm that you are signed in with the same email used for checkout. If the issue persists, ensure your payment succeeded and that the course wasn’t removed or archived. Contact support with your order number for further assistance.
